Return / Exchange Policy:

The product bought will only be accepted within 3 days for Return and within 5 Days for Exchange after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks.The Earth-O-Fab team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

*Once EOF Team receive return parcel, it will go for Quality Check and if passed then your amount will be processed.
*In case Customer send parcel by their own then they have to wait for refund till then procedure will not completed by company.
*Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
*Company will process refund amount as soon as possible but In case of any technical Glitch, Customer have to co-operate with company.
*No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted / Sale products
*Exchange is only applicable once and with the products of equal price value or more.
